There are 2 type of DS Card offered, for standard DS/DS Lite version and DSi compatible version. Let`s reveal which version is your DS console.
If you have a standard DS or DS Lite console, you can use any type of DS Card, but if you have a DSi console, please search for DS Card with this compatible sign.
You will need a micro SD or micro SDHC card as a media storage for your DS Card as it doesn`t have internal memory. This micro SD/SDHC card can be uses to store your DS Card`s kernel and all your multimedia. You can`t use DS Card without micro SD/SDHC card as the DS Card require it`s driver/kernel to run in your DS console. Due to numbers of customers having difficulties on installing the firmware/kernel, there is a “Pre-install Firmware” service which offered as an optional. Please read each DS Card`s description before you purchase a micro SD/SDHC card to make sure you have choose the ideal capacity for your needs and fit your DS Card`s compatibility. |
